I must admit, I read this book because some readers were wondering why there is a skull and crossbones on the book. I wondered too.
What I discovered was an amazing adventure that involved a shy girl who ends up being chosen for a movie role. She is whisked off to Scandia to 'act' as the young princess who has run away (her uncle is trying to keep her disappearance a secret) Jenna soon discovers that there are more mysteries surrounding her and she ends up running away herself. The adventure continues with a kidnapping, a plot to find the king (who was assumed dead, but has actually been... Oops I better to giveaway the whole book).
Anyway, it's a great book for higher readers who love adventure. And I'm still it sure why there is a skull and crossbones on it.
